2. How to Request a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please:
Submit your withdrawal request within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
Wait for our instructions regarding the return procedure and return address.
Send the products back within 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw.

3. Condition of Returned Products
You may handle and inspect the products to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would be allowed to do in a physical store.
You may be held responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Products must be returned with all accessories, gifts and items supplied as part of the order.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or the return is required due to an error on our part, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until the return has been processed.
5. Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable).
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
